Heat Wave

(Mick Rory) - A pyromaniac who dons a flame-retardant suit and a gun that is essentially the opposite of Captain Cold's, firing blasts of "absolute heat" similar to a super-powerful flamethrower. It can burn almost anything with a continuous stream or a concentrated, explosive blast. While short-fused, bombastic, and more of a thug who functions as the brawns to Snart's brains, Mick is still a cunning and formidable criminal and while he and Snart's personalities may clash from time to time he is one of the only people Snart considers as a friend as the two have known eachother since adolescence when they met in Juvie and have partaken in many heists together well before the Rogues were formed.

Golden Glider

(Lisa Snart) - Captain Cold's little sister. All throughout their childhood, Leonard did his best to protect her from their father's abuse, and when the old man finally went to prison seemingly for good, Leonard dropped out of high school so he could support her, eventually turning to crime to make fast and large amounts of money to do that. Once Lisa had grown up, she quickly developed a desire to join her brother on his heists and became the second to join the Rogues. Lisa is a highly competent thief, seductress, and motorcyclist. Her specialty is firearms(most notably a gun that fires a golden substance to encase and smother her foes with) and she is extremely agile in a fight due to her growing up taking ice skating. While Leonard knows his sister is a big girl and can take care of herself, he is still quite protective of her and will not hesitate to put his life on the line for her if she is in danger. While they may bicker, the Snart siblings love eachother dearly and would do anything to keep eachother safe.

Mirror Master (Sam Scudder or Evan McCollach) - A thief who uses advanced technology that uses reflective surfaces(mostly mirrors) to travel in and out of pocket dimensions in a manner similar to teleportation and use them to replicate matter, spy on others, and countless other tricks to commit crimes. The original Mirror Master is a thief named Sam Scudder, his successor is an ex-hitman named Evan McCollach who inherited his predecessor's technology.

Weather Wizard (Mark Mardon) -  A criminal who uses a special high-tech scepter made from his deceased brother Clyde's experiments that allows him to control the weather, which he uses to commit crimes and fight superheroes. His "Weather Wand" allows him to do minor things like fire lightning bolts or create powerful winds, or even manipulate the weather and conjure up dangerous storms.

Captain Boomerang

(Digger Harkness or Owen Mercer) - An Australian hitman known for two things: His use of deadly, razor-edged boomerangs to make his kills, and for being a complete and total dick to people to the point Captain Cold seems to mostly just tolerate him, if only out of necessity as his skills in combat still make him a formidable asset to the Rogues. Also had a history of working for the Suicide Squad a couple times. He has a (far more likable) son named Owen who followed in the "family business" as well.

Trickster

(James Jesse) - A very eccentric professional thief with a supply of bizarre and toy-like gadgets which he uses to commit crimes. Despite being more then just a bit nutty and unpredictable and wearing a costume that the term "eyesore" would be considered a generous description, Jesse is in fact a technological genius who invented all his gadgets and weapons himself. When you're up against the Trickster, you'd best expect the unexpected, be it a "Snot Gun", exploding toys, a killer yoyo, or... well... just expect the unexpected and be on guard at all times.
