Captain Cold is the career criminal, professional thief, leader of Central City's Rogues, and arch-rival of the Flash. Now in this new world, he seeks to re-establish himself and continue his criminal activities, especially should there be the chance that the speedster himself has found his way here, too.


Friends Allies


Snart is not the touchy-feely type, and this does not make "friends" so easily. For the most part he considers such bonds as a weakness that can be exploited and used against him, but an occasional exception does occur...


Heat Wave: (aka Mick Rory) When Snart was sent to Juvie for the first time, Mick took pity on him and saved him from getting beaten up by the older inmates and the two became friends. The two reconnected years after their release and became partners in crime, with Snart as the brains and Mick as the brawn pulling several heists together until a brief falling-out. When Snart re-established himself as Captain Cold with the Flash now protecting Central City, the two started working together once more with Mick now going by the alias "Heat Wave". Out of all the Rogues, Mick is the closest one to Snart and is the only one he genuinely considers a friend.

The Rogues: As leader of the Rogues, a union of most of Central City's costumed criminals, Snart runs a tight ship and will not hesitate to use whatever means necessary to keep them in line and focused on the mission. Snart looks after his own and he considers the Rogues as such. While he doesn't condemn their darker behaviors and sometimes encourages them to get the job done, he expects the simple rule that they follow his code and he doesn't turn them into ice sculptures.




Enemies


The Flash: The scarlet speedster who serves as Central City's hero has a long rivalry with Snart, and the two have clashed many times over the years. 


Being a professional criminal, Snart's primary enemy other then the Flash is and always will be the law. He has been apprehended several times, but has always escaped, with many a prison break to brag about.




Family


Lewis Snart: (father, deceased) A dirty cop and an alcoholic, Lewis regularly abused Leonard and Lisa after their mother died until he was arrested for trying to rob an emerald from a museum for money. When he later got out and blackmailed Leonard into helping him rob a high-security bank, Snart finally took his revenge on him, impaling him through the heart with an icicle to ensure he never harmed Lisa again.

Golden Glider: (aka Lisa Snart) Cold's younger sister. Snart is very protective of his sister, having shielded her from their father's abuse since they were children and turned to crime to support her after their father went to prison. After getting out of juvie, Leonard allowed Lisa to join him in his criminal activities, and she would later form a gimmick of her own as the Golden Glider and help run the Rogues alongside her brother. Harming Lisa is a very quick way to get on Snart's bad side.

Other


While Snart does have a code of honor that makes him against killing innocent bystanders, he considers police, security guards, the Flash, and... well... anyone else who gets in his way or pisses him off as fair game. He is leader of the Rogues for a reason and will not hesitate to demonstrate why should someone question his authority.
