Trophy child of the acrobatic troupe, the Flying Guisseppe's. Giovanni Guisseppe from a very young age was terrified of heights. In order to combat this, the young genius invented a pair of shoes that allowed him to walk on air, becoming the Star attraction to the Guissepe's for most of his adolescent years. His true passion however, lied in western films. Daredevils and gunslingers like Jesse James experiencing thrill after thrill in their daily lives. The already mentally disturbed child found more solace in these films and ideas then in his own parents, he ran away from the circus and took the moniker of his childhood hero in order t become a famous outlaw.

Friends

The Flash: Trickster's number one best friend. Him and Flash have been playing this game for years now, and it's the most fun he's ever had. Often, the scarlet speedster will even visit James in the hospital to play darts, or other games. He's a bit of a stickler about Jesse's meds however, which is relatively irksome.

Captain Cold: The Rajah of the Rogues himself... Snart's a pretty cool fella, he's pretty distant most of the time, but his dry wit and Snart-Snark makes for hilarious conversation!

Captain Boomerang: "Fat drunk! Heeeeheeehahaha!"

Mirror Master: Mirror Master is widely considered the more heartless of the rogues. More often then not, he can be found bullying his team mates, Jesse included. Yet, for some unknown reason, James still considers him a friend

The Pied Piper: Like Jesse, Piper is generally considered an outcast amongst the Rogues. Something both usually bond over, forming an uncomfortable friendship.

Enemies

The Flash: Sure, Jesse and his best buddy Flash like to play darts, and roast chestnuts together. But the overly convoluted relationship between a good rogue and superhero dictates, that whilst friendship may blossom, a rivalry must still remain.

Kid Flash: Similarly to the Flash, while ol' Uncle Jesse can be KF's funkle on occasion, Rogue rules dictate that they're on opposite sides of the law.

Reverse Flash: Old man Thawne (ironically like, centuries younger then Jesse) can be a cantankerous old fart at times. Sure, he's teamed up with the Rogues here and there, but everyone knows he can't be trusted. Besides, it's much more hilarious to prank.

Gensokyo Girl: "Waaaaahahahahheheheeeee! Best dinner date I ever had! Weeeheeehahahahaaa!"

Nightwing: Whilst pulling off a circus themed scheme, Jesse found Nightwing to be an acrobatic rival, and found the Aerial Avenger to be a temporary arch-rival in Flash's absence.

Family James Jesse comes from a family of acrobats. The Flying Guissepe's were their name, almost as famous as the Grayson's amongst the circus community.
