THE TRICKSTER[/div]
Real Name: Giovanni Guisseppe
Alias: James Montgomery Jesse, the Flash's Best Friend
Title: Master of Mischievous Mirth
Identity: Public
Age: a 7 yr old trapped in the body of a 26 year old
Species: human
Physical Appearance: James Jesse isn't particularly athletically built, his muscles are thin and ropey, and not particularly defined. He's taller than some, but his height isn't something to brag about. His hair is is a disheveled golden hue of sunny bright blonde and all to often seems to reflect his usual demeanor, and his eyes are a hue of blue.
His costume is bright and colorful, not to mention exceedingly intricate with bright orange and purple lines along with the occasional poke-dot checkers, and other striped designs consisting of bright colors of blue, yellow, orange, purple, and green. Strapped (not-so)valiantly to the back of his elaborate guise is a large blue cape and a black mask covering his eyes. Another form of costume which he has taken before includes a variety of colorful and bright suits, and on occasion dyeing his hair shades of pink, or green, or even blue.
James is rarely seen out of costume. On the rare few times that he is, he often wears casual clothing. Preferably nothing flashy, contrasting starkly to his eyesore of a Trickster costume. Other times, Jesse can be seen in a suit and glasses. He is only usually out of costume when he is on his meds.
Personality: Generally speaking, James is more of a loony prankster rather than a homicidal maniac. However, given the right tools of the trade the Trickster could be a force to be reckoned with. He strives only to prank and cause mischief, and vainly hopes to achieve friendship with the Flash.
When off his meds James' personality is generally that of a very violent young boy. He's childish and mischievous, with every intent to cause trouble. Annoying is perhaps the best description that could be given about him. While on his meds, he can still be described as childish, but more in a more nostalgic manner, like an adult finding a bin of his old toys. He strongly dislikes taking his meds and often outright avoids them, giving the excuse that he takes them when he feels down on himself. In actuality, he just wants the excitement and thrill of being the Trickster, the very same reason he put the suit on in the first place. Jesse loves the thrill, even if it means he isn't quite all there for it... Occassionally, his personality can become a bit more, volatile. Often having a sinister undertone to his light-heartedness, it is during these moments that Jesse will find his standard weaponry to be "too safe and too sane" to which, he pulls from his aresonal something more dangerous, whether it be firecracker to dynamite, Snotgun to assorted firearms, or explosive bubbles to handgrenades.

History: Born to the Flying Jesses, yet afraid of heights he at a rather young age invented his air-walker shoes in an attempt to remove his acrophobia. Becoming a famed aerialist and acrobat at the circus. However he grew tired and quite bored of the whole career and decided that he needed more fun and excitement in his life, thus deciding to become the Trickster! Shortly after this decision being locked in prison for it.
Soon the dreaded Trickster escaped prison when he gained knowledge of Picture News planning on raising $100,000 charity event. He of course, planned to steal it. Little did he know, Captain Cold planned to do the same. At first they competed for the money, but under the realization that they were being hunted down by two Flashes (Jay Garrick temporarily came out of retirement) they decided to team up. They succeeded in their heist, but were eventually lead into trap and captured by the two Flashes.
A new super-suit was being developed by Dan Cassidy to promote the new Blue Devil movie. James refused to believe that it was so advanced and special so he investigated it for himself. At a photoshoot at Verner Bros studios (totally not a rip off of Warner Bros) the Trickster hijacked a rubber prototype suit unaware that it wasn't the real. The real Blue Devil gave chase to the Trickster and the two “special effects wizards” sparred with their gadgets and pyrotechnics. Eventually the Trickster managed to slip away in defeat.
Eventually Jesse decided to sell his inventions for a profit, stipulating a deal with a new criminal organization for the secrets to his Air-Walker shoes. After hearing their plan, he cut them out of the deal, having only givin them a few tips on the shoes and reaping all of the profits. Infuriated, they hired the assassin Bolt to murder him, evading the bounty hunter twice before going to Blue Devil for help. Pairing up with Sharon, the trio fled town to protect Jesse, but, much to the anger of his new allies, Jesse couldn't resist the urge to rob a bank. His scheme was thwarted by Blue Devil himself and he narrowly avoided jail time (because of Blue Devil).
Eventually Bolt found them again, running their car off a cliff. Trickster was able to save himself, Blue Devil, and Sharon but lost one of his shoes which was recovered by Bolt who sent it to his employers who completed their invention. The trio tracked the shoe to their headquarters via the shoe's unique energy readings and took on Bolt and defeated the mad scientist's who tried to replicate his shoe.
Jesse was transported into this new world by through teleportation via violent sneezing. He sneezed then poof, he was in Central Park.
Weaknesses:
* Acrophobia: The Trickster to this day remains afraid of heights. If his boots were to be removed while he’s high up then he’ll be practically paralyzed
* Mental Illness: Jesse suffers from some form of mental illness that makes him mostly confused and disoriented under the Trickster persona, to the point of not even realizing he’s wearing his costume
* I Ship It: Friendship it to be exact! Ba-Dum-Tiss... The Trickster lacks friends, and he knows this all too well. He tries to be friends with the Flash’s Rogues, but he suspects that they don't really like him. His only real friend is the Flash, which causes him to scout out for camaraderie else where, which under the influence of a manipulative sort, could prove to be valuable against him.
* It's a Snotgun!: His choice of weaponry and gadgetry are generally just gag weapons and the sort. Most of his weapons couldn't hurt a fly, even if Jesse tried (though don't be fooled, he can and definitely will use much worse).
* Physically Weak: The Trickster isn't really the strongest of fighters, he is in fact rather frail
* Can't Take a Hit: Can't take any form of damage really; it only took Blue Devil flicking Jesse’s jaw to knock him down and nearly out.
