DECEPTO "MY mind makes it real." InfoSteven Lucas, AKA Decepto, is a powerful telepath Neo-human who specializes in illusions and hallucinations, and other ways of manipulating the minds of his enemies. He is aware that due to being a Neo-human he is by default a target of the government and peoples' scorn and has decided to embrace his powers rather then resent them and do as he pleases. Due to his love for science-fiction and fascination with extra-terrestrial beings, he dons an alien costume to conceal his identity while he commits crimes, using his powers to give off the impression he is a powerful alien invader like the ones from the movies he enjoyed watching as he grew up. AlliesDecepto normally prefers to work alone, but can be persuaded to aid in a cause, particularly one that gets him money or satisfies his ego(like causing trouble for the feds). EnemiesFirst and foremost, being a Neo-human Decepto's main enemy is the government, who has become more and more aggressive on their stance against Neo-humans. Decepto is also likely to make enemies with any vigilante or superhero(vagrant or native) who crosses his path and tries to thwart his crimes. Talos - A Neo-human under the government's control dispatched to investigate/end his criminal activities. Things don't always go as planned when a telepath's involved... LoveTalos - While also his enemy due to who she works for, Decepto's interest is very much piqued by this Neo-human government tool the more he learns about her. Jessica is also a lovely name... Interested In Doing....Fully mastering his powers, gaining respect, getting rich, proving that Neos are not to be trifled with, defeating heroes. OtherDecepto loves to be at center stage, and makes his crimes a show to remember, terrorizing people with horrifying illusions and visions to amuse himself while indulging in the rush the "alien overlord" persona and dominating the minds of any would-be "hero" or government tool who dares try to stand in his way gives him. He is extremely creative with his powers and is intent on making the most of them, making him a very formidable and cerebral opponent who uses his cunning and literally his mind to fight his battles.
