Dr. Rhea Adler is smarter than you, and she knows it. She also doesn't like you very much, but then again, she doesn't really like anyone very much. An alumnus of MIT, a former student of controversial scientist Dr. Arthur Powers, and current head of Echo Labs' Chimera Project, Rhea is one of the greatest scientific minds of her generation, and is called upon for major medical and biological emergencies, as she is a woman who achieves results and will not rest until she does. Her main line of projects and experimentation involves the study of neo-human physiology, and the continuing design of lab-made weapons that mimic their powers and abilities, as directed and funded by the American government. Her current pet project is the engineering of her specialized Echidna Serum, a high-risk gene-altering liquid that infuses the subject with neo-human DNA, soaking the powers of multiple neos into one subject that can be used multiple times on numerous specimens.
Despite her work with neo-humans, Rhea is disgusted by these anomalies that have slipped into the world and are trying to make themselves more known, always concerned that their very existence is a threat to the survival of the human race as a whole. Designing her own army of neo-esque monsters would allow her the additional research and specimens to further explore what makes a neo-human as they are, and discover a method to end them once and for all before they take over. The addition of vagrants from other dimensions have only fueled and sped up her need to reach definitive conclusions.
Friends
Rhea is not in the business to make friends, her work being her only real passion and driving force in her life. Her harsh and cold demeanor makes her difficult to like in the first place, so friends and allies are at a premium.
Enemies
Most vagrants and neo-humans are on Rhea's 'do not call' list, but as of this writing, she does not have any specific archenemies.
Family
Robert and Amanda Adler (Parents - currently in Connecticut)
Interested In Doing....
Most neo-humans or vagrants that have been captured by the military and their deployed super soldiers often find themselves held in Echo Labs Research Facility and Prison and strapped to Dr. Adler's operating table, subject to her experiments. Adler can also be used as a resource in major medical and biological emergencies, but she should still be considered a civilian, as she has no powers or training beyond her knowledge in science.
