Physical Appearance: James is a tall man standing at about 6' 4" and
physically strong. He doesn't have any hair on his body, save a stubble mustache and beard. Stress lines cover his face along with track marks up and down his arms from constant injections. His stare is cold and heartless and his body is warm to the touch. When he's not in his villain suit, he is often seen wearing a dark grey formal business suit.

His villain gear, however, is more like a mechanized hazmat outfit. Orange in color, the suit is about 8 feet tall and has a tank on the back that doubles as a power supply. A clear plexiglass shield allows him to see out of it and jet ports all over it allow him to release his toxins.





Personality: James is a heartless man that only cares about the end result, regardless of how he gets there. He believes the world owes him and isn't afraid to flaunt that belief. Be it man, woman, or child, he will harm anyone that gets in his way, intentional or not. While he is aggressive, he isn't without his morals. If he says he will do something, he will stay to it, however, like a genie, the meaning might be slightly twisted than what most would expect. He desires to grow ever stronger, allowing him to stomp his enemies into the ground is what drives him. The man inside the monster has all but disappeared.







Powers: Hazardous material generation: HAZMAT is able to create biological and chemical toxins from his body and spread them over a large area.

disease generation: he is able to create new and untold illnesses with ailments that can prove fatal to most people

Acid spray: James can create a powerful acid that is highly corrosive and powerful.

Antidote: When he creates a toxin, he will also generate an antidote with it as well, mainly used for leverage.

toxin immunity: Mr. Dustin is immune to all acids, toxins, and other biological or chemical ailments.





Abilities: Biological engineering: James knows about pathogens and ailments, he is also able to create machines and equipment to combat and study new microbes.

Cunning: Being that he used to be high up the chain, he knows how to manipulate and convince people to follow through with his commands.

Medical PhD: Dustin has or rather had his medical diploma and certification and was known for his medical expertise.





Weapons/Equipment: HAZMAT suit: a specialized suit that he created himself, this protective gear themed mech increases his strength and speed to four times it's usual amount.

syringes: often filled with diseases or tranquilizers, his suit can fire these like bullets.







History: James wasn't always a villain, in fact before his downfall, he was living the American dream. Doctor Dustin worked for a branch of the Center of Disease Control in the Hazardous Materials division. He and his colleagues studied new and unusual diseases and developed cures for them. He was not only successful, but one of the highest revered doctors in the division.

When he would come home to his multi-story home, he would greet his loving wife and two kids. They were well off and even had college funds ready, despite his eldest child still being in the fifth grade. He did everything to keep his family happy and was even known throughout the neighborhood as an honest and friendly man. No one had any negatives remarks about him.

However, that all changed when the division executive was caught dealing with terrorists and selling untold diseases to them. The man was able to play it off, and blame James for the incident, resulting in the kind man's termination. He was black listed from the medical field and his license was revoked. Things only continued to spiral downwards as finding a job was near impossible as his infamy spread like wildfire. His wife and kids left him, his home and car were repossessed and his neighbors shunned him like the plague.

Desperate for work and on the brink of starvation, he signed up for questionable and illegal medical experiments in any effort to earn at least a little money. The tests were painful and the side effects of the medications mixing in his system wreaked havoc on his body. But he still pushed through hoping that it would one day reunite him with his family. However, after a year and a half of the tests and his body on the brink of total collapse, the companies he was working for tossed him aside.

Unable to cope with how far he has fallen, he finally snapped. He gave everything to the world and in return it only left him broken and forgotten. Attempting to end his problems, he down a jug of drain cleaner, however, the final piece of the cocktail was added and the drugs and acid in his system worked him over. For three days, he laid in the middle of the forest screaming from pain as his body morphed and his DNA was altered.

He could feel it, all the pathogens, the acids, everything was flowing through him and he could sense them. the pores on his hands began to release a toxic green cloud of bacteria and acid that killed the wildlife around him. After long last, Doctor Dustin gave a smile as he finally had a way to seek his revenge on everyone that wronged him, and nothing was going to get in his way.







Weaknesses: Fire: flames will burn away his ailments, so long as they have not already came into contact with someone.

Water: Too much water can lessen the corrosive ability of his acids, all but nullifying them.

Electricity: high amounts of voltage will short circuit his suit, causing it to power down. It can also temporarily disable his powers

disease immunity: if someone is unable to be affected by natural ailments, his diseases will have little to no affect. Same if they are immune to acids

Anger: His rage finally got the best of him and caused him to snap. With enough taunting it can cause him to lash out like an untamed animal

Hospitals: being that he was subjected to multiple experiments most extremely painful, he gained an subconscious fear of hospital and needles

Cute things: James hates cute things and will go out of his way to kick puppies or kittens
