Physical Appearance: Sellictor is a nephalim that tries to not let his years show. Despite multiple wounds that cover his back, chest, arms and even a few on his neck, he doesn't let them define him. The man is physically fit with a very well toned body, a full head of dark brown hair, some stubble, and deep green eyes. Calluses cover his hands from centuries of hard, manual labor. A look of rage is almost always present in his eyes, but if one looks close, they can also see a bit of sorrow and pain.


His usual attire consists of thick denim jeans, boots, and a t-shirt. Often times he wears a scrap-piece leather jacket. He doesn't really have a "combat" outfit, being that he is always willing to fight, anytime, anywhere.






Personality: If one word was used to describe Sellictor, it would be "asshole". The man does not take crap from anybody and will gladly put his money where his mouth is. He does not sugar coat anything and will often demean and berate others. There is also a lot of sarcasm in his voice, especially when answering other people with questions that he thinks should be obvious.


While he doesn't mind help others, he is often somebody people rarely go to unless it's dire. Despite his hard outer shell, there is a nicer man on the inside. One that is full of loyalty and respects those that he sees fit. Being that he rarely gives out compliments, if you receive one from him, that means you actually managed to impress him.






Powers: Nephalim: Sellictor is a nephalim which comes with it's own ups and downs
Fire control: Sellictor can manipulate, create, and even alter fire, making it hot enough to melt uranium. He can generate enough fire to engulf a medium sized- neighborhood. this also means that he is immune to all forms of fire and heat.

Gravity control: he can pick up, throw, and pull objects with his magic. He is also capable of increasing gravity up to 400 times or decreasing to nothing.

Pseudo-immortality: the demon's blood flowing through his veins grants him near immortality. While natural things cannot kill him (age, disease, etc.) He can still be killed by "artificial" methods (shot, beheaded, drowned, etc.). While his healing is accelerated, it does not mean he can grow limbs back or survive being hacked in half. However, severe bleeding and most internal injuries won't kill him, but they will put him out for a while.

Elemental magic: While not as powerful as his fire or gravity magic, Sellictor does know some magic to control earth, air, and water. However, they are little more than assist spells and can be undone by even a beginning wizard.


Injury transfer: using one of his forms of magic, Sel can heal somebody by taking their injuries and transferring them to himself.

Pocket dimension: a unique way of moving around the world, Sellictor can open a small portal to a pocket dimension. By opening a second portal in said dimension, he can step back into the primary world in almost any location he desires. However, he can only be in the pocket world for a short time. Up to five people can be in the dimension at one time.

Demon form: Sellictor's "true form" is his demon form. When his demon side takes over, he lose all control of himself and turns into a demon fueled by pure bloodlust. This form drains him of his conscious and attacks everybody in sight, friend or foe. While the form grants him super strength, speed, and durability, he loses the intellect needed to use his magic. A .50 cal bullet will only merely scratch its hide.




Abilities: Wood working: one of his most common past times growing up. Sellictor is able to build and sculpt amazing works of art with wood and hand tools. he has even built several houses throughout his life.

Leatherwork: living on the land for so long, he has learned to turn leather into multiple things including armor, clothes, and decor.

Metal work: While he isn't the best at this, he can create basic items out of metal, including swords and other forms of ancient weaponry.

Tracking and hunting: Living off the land for so long, Sel has learned to track his prey and learned behaviors of common animals.

Mystical Knowledge: growing up, he studied as much as he can about magic and mystical creatures, especially demons and evil beings. He has collected a few artifacts throughout his travels, but he rarely uses them, and mainly sells them at his shop.

Basic military skills: being that he has been in hundreds of wars, he has picked up a few traits of military training, albeit it, a lot that he has forgotten.

Cooking: Due to living on the land for so long, Sellictor has learned to cook almost anything into an amazing meal. He can do almost anything with meat, veggies, and some seasoning.

Multi-lingual: Sellictor knows multiple languages including German, Russian, English, French, and Spanish.

Black magic: a form of magic that he hates using. While he has learned some of it, it is one of the forms that he chooses to stay away from.






Weapons/Equipment: combat knife: a knife he mainly keeps with him when hunting and on a daily basis. He doesn't like using it, preferring to use his powers instead

Bow and Arrow: an old method he used to hunt. While his skills have grown rusty in modern times, he can still get in the general area of his target.


Shadow: A familiar that is also his alley. Sellictor can call upon him in battle. In his typical form, he appears as a large black wolf, however in his "true form" he grows two stories tall, his head turns into that of a dragon, he grows wings and is able to breathe black fire.




History: Sellictor was born back in the medieval times. His father, a demon, broke away from the typical life of his kind, wishing to live among the humans in peace. Settling down with a woman, the two always found it difficult to live in peace due to him being a demon. Shortly after marriage, Sellictor came along. He took after his father in terms of looks.

While life was always troublesome, he did his best to stay in people's good side. He wasn't always a mean, hateful person, but due to centuries of maltreatment, his personality and view on the world changed.

Working on his family's farm, Sel did his best to make an honest living, and he would even help out the village at times. While a few of the residents liked him, they were very few and far between. At the age of 7, his sister, Megan came along. She took after her mother. The Nervain family was now one mouth larger.

However, when Sel was twelve years old, his life changed forever. A demon tracked them down and was bent on making his father pay for abandoning the demons to live with the "inferior beings" The only three to survive were Sellictor, Megan, and Shadow, their father's familiar. Shadow managed to pull the two kids away as the demons fought. However, his father eventually lost the fight and he and his wife were slaughtered, along with most of the village.

The rest of the village then turned on the Nervains, blaming them for their downfall, running them out of the town. Everywhere they went, the tale of their village somehow managed to follow them, casting them out once  more. Eventually, after 3 years of searching, they found asylum in a kingdom where the king welcomed them and had Sel join his army. They protected from the villager's wrath when the king declared that Sellictor is to be honored as a war hero and that assaulting him will be punished by death.

While they were able to live in peace for a short time, and Sellictor eventually settled down and got married, that time was short lived. A new threat emerged it's unruly head. The Dragon Warriors, a clan that hunted and killed mystical beings, believing that they are unfit for this world, attack the kingdom, knowing that they were housing a battle mage of demonic heritage. The kingdom was destroyed, and Sellictor's wife was killed in front of his eyes.

His reputation followed him evermore to the point that the small family was forced to live in the mountains. While life there was difficult, they made it work. The occasional trader would pass buy, allowing them to buy and sell goods. However, one trader, ruled by greed, informed the Dragon Warriors of their location, forcing them to flee once more.

Passing through an inn, they heard word that a pilgrimage was being sent to the "new world". A new world meant a new start, and the Nervains boarded the ship and set sail for America. The seas were tough and the ride was nearly unbearable, but eventually they made it.

As the small towns were slowly constructed, Sel did his best to aide others, despite his constant fear of being betrayed. After the colonies were set up, word managed to spread about how he was a demon, causing them to flee once more, while taking out a few of the residents during the fight.

Finally settling down in Roanoke, they had peace once more for a short while. While the residents there were already aware of his "curse" they protected them, knowing that Sellictor and Megan would protect them. Still, after being stabbed in the back so many times, he felt it nearly impossible to trust them.

The demon that took his father and mother soon returned, aiming to finish what he started. Sellictor and the village fought against him, nearly defeating him. That is until, an army of demons appeared, wiping the village out immediately. The attack also left Megan severely injured. Her wounds almost took her life, were it not for a healer that happened upon them.

Finally defeated and broken, Sellictor decided it was time to put his foot down. He was tired of running, tired of being attacked and seen as a monster when he only tried to live in peace. If the world thought he was a monster, than he would become one. All attacks on his family were met with brutal and unforgiving retaliation. During the revolutionary war, he fought in several battles, helping to ensure victory.

Knowing what it was like to be mistreated and hated, he fought for freedom of the slaves in the war as Megan helped tend to the wounded. His final battle would be WWII, when he went against Germany, terrorizing and desecrating the enemy. His bloodlust was starting to show and it was clear that his mind was slowly turning to that of the demon's.

Forcing him to stay back, Megan understood that he fought to keep her safe and to try to make the world a better place. But in doing so, all the years of putting up a wall, and standing strong and worn away at his conscious, making her assume that role. Finally settling down on the east coast, they set up a small store where the Nervains sold furniture and decor. However, to those that knew of it, the store also sold artifacts and emblems in the back.

However, he knows that the threats are far from over, and he will be dragged into a fight once more.






Weaknesses: Megan: his true life line to this world. He listens to his younger sister and leans on her to keep him sane when he can't do it himself.

Demon traps: anything that will capture a demon can be used on him.

Holy weapons: holy water and other forms of holy weaponry can severely injure him, more than the typical items itself.

Churches: being that he is demon, stepping on sacred ground burns his lungs and makes him feel as though he being roasted from the inside out.

Incantation: in order for him to cast his magic, he needs to say the words needed. if he interrupted or unable to speak, the magic will not work.

Mortal: while natural forms of death cannot touch him, a stab to the heart or beheading him, will kill him.

hard headed: Sellictor doesn't know when to quit a lot of times, often diving in too deep or pushing things too far.

Tactically  insensitive: he would much rather run in to a fight rather than think of a plan.

Declining conscious: throughout the years, his morals and conscious have been hammered on, changing his view on life. If somebody he doesn't know or care about is gone, he considers it an insignificant loss.

Demon form: His "true form" is one of his greatest fears. He has reoccurring nightmares of his times switching to this form. He has no control of it and every second in it makes him feel like he is being torn from the inside out and his entire body aches for years on end.

Cabbages: While not something that will kill him, it is something he absolutely despises. Spending over a decade eating little more than the vegetable, he quickly grew sick of it and hasn't recovered. His most hated meal is cabbage stew.
