Quinn is a nut case. She is her own type of crazy and that is final. She is one of the few people who is almost as crazy as the Joker at times. She has a very bubbly personality, though; one that is always loving and welcoming new people. Once she befriends someone, she befriends them for life. Once someone has done her wrong, however, she doesn't like you.

Though these last years, Harley has broken out from under the Joker, due to his absence and his abuse. Though, it is sure once he has returned, she would turn back to the sidekick she normally is. Harley, however, is very smart and is always finding a way to escape prison and make her way in life. She has gotten very brave and more apt to doing her own stunts. Causing her to defy what others tell her to do. She does not really pay attention to others, and will often do the opposite of what others want her to do.
