Quinn is a nut case. She is her own type of crazy and that is final. She is one of the few people who is almost as crazy as the Joker at times. She has a very bubbly personality, though; one that is always loving and welcoming new people. Once she befriends someone, she befriends them for life. Once someone has done her wrong, however, she doesn't like you.
Though these last years, Harley has broken out from under the Joker, due to his absence and his abuse. Though, it is sure once he has returned, she would turn back to the sidekick she normally is. Harley, however, is very smart and is always finding a way to escape prison and make her way in life. She has gotten very brave and more apt to doing her own stunts. Causing her to defy what others tell her to do. She does not really pay attention to others, and will often do the opposite of what others want her to do.
Abilities:
Toxic Immunity: When she jumped into the chemicals she became unable to die from Toxins.
Combat: Working with professional criminals, she has learned combat skills. However, she is not as good as anyone who has been professionally trained.
Gymnastics: She had gotten her major in gymnastics and psychology. She is a master of the flexibility.
Weapons Master: Being the jokers first-hand woman she was trained in all the weapons she uses, however, she might not be a good shot but she does know how to use them.
Master of Disguise: Harley could be anyone, she has a great skill of disguise and is always helping others escape through this means.
Psychology: She is very good at finding out how people work. She majored in this skill on college and was a doctor at Arkham.

The Joker: Harley will do anything for The Joker, no matter what it is. If he says to do it, she will gladly be the first to accept even if she doesn't want to.
Fear: Normally Harley seems like the type of person who isn't scared of anything, however she can be scared of the Joker when he is very angered, she has also been known to be scared of losing her friends, mostly Poison Ivy.
Insanity: Harley was driven insane by the Joker. She unstable and unpredictable while that might seem like an advantage it can also be a great downfall as well. As in sometimes she might play the good guy and turn someone in or she might just kill them.
Human: While the girl is a tough one to beat she can be injured, such with a bullet, knives, sickness and even death.
Swimming: Harley can't swim.

Guns: Harley knows how to use many types of guns. She also has the skill to use them.
Blunt Objects: consists of crowbars, bats, and anything useful. Her favorite is a large mallet.

Harleen Frances Quinzel was one of the smartest girls in her class growing up, always doing what momma and papa told her. At a young age, the girl was placed in gymnastics classes, she really enjoyed the art, and would often find this as a get away from her parents. By the time she was in High school, she was already taking College level classes. This only made, the smaller girl a target for bullies, often they would pick on her, calling her four eyes, and other horrid names. Harleen would just cower and let them pick on her, after all, she was just a girl who couldn't protect herself.
As she reached her college years she was accepted into Gotham University, where she took psychology classes. She majored in gymnastics and psychology. It was here that she created a theory 'there are only two circumstances under which a person disregards the rules of society. When they commit a crime, or when they're in love.' Harleen then did an experiment with her boyfriend, telling him that she stole a car and blackmailed her teacher. Her boyfriend ended up shooting a homeless guy in the gymnasium of the school because he believed the homeless guy was the teacher. He begged Harley to help him kill himself, because if she loved him she would help him. It is still a mystery if she actually did help.
Harleen Quinzel was then an intern at Gotham's Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane, she had graduated from Gotham University with majors in gymnastics and psychiatry. She took on many cases and worked with many people. One night, the joker was brought in, and Harleen always wondered about the Joker, so she talked her supervisors into letting her work with the Joker, for her book on serial killers. After hours of begging, they finally agreed. They allowed the woman full time with the Joker. As time went on, he started noticing how he could easily seduce the blonde. It didn't help that Harleen had begun to fall in love with the man.
The man asked Harleen for a favor and she gave him as he wished. This ended in him taking over Arkham. He captured the doctor and introduced the girl to electro shock therapy, Harley took the pain and ended up enjoying the process. After leaving her, Harleen was very angered with him and chased him down. The Two got into a fight and eventually The joker took Harley to Ace Chemicals where he asked if she would die for him. She then stepped off the platform and fell into the chemicals. After being retrieved from the vat the two shared in kisses. Harley was then given her Jester costume and the two became the king and queen of Gotham's criminal business.
Later the two are seen at one of the strip clubs owned by the Joker where the Joker is speaking with Monster J, the man talks bad about Harley and the Joker is very angered with it, he offers the man his girl and then Monster J refuses and Harley sits by and watches as her puddin kills him. The two then take the Jokermobile out on the town. The two are then chased by the batman and this angers young Harley.
This ends with Harley yelling at the joker telling him she can't swim, but the car is flung into the river. Harley then tries to stab the dark night as he saves her but is quickly knocked out. She is then given CPR by batman and taken to Belle Reve. From here Harley is chosen to be on a team called Suicide Squad. The team was sent to retrive something after the enchantress turned from the team.
The team went on a long trip and Harley was really glad when the Joker said he was coming for her. After reaching the target the team was sent after, they found out it was to get Amanda Waller. The team ended up on the ceiling where Harley made her escape. Deadpool took a shot at her and Harley pretended to die but then showed off how she didn't.
Finally she was reunited with her puddin and everything was happy, the helicopter was shot down and the joker pushed Harley out of the copter. Harley watched it blow up and she sept the next time crying. She had lost her puddin. She then waited for her team on the top of a cop car, where she was met by her friend Deathshot. The team then decided to not save the world and drink instead. After this however, the team went to save the world. This ended with the death of Diablo, and the team wining the day. Each of them got something to make their time in belle reve better. Harley asked for an espresso machine and she was given it. The woman was then startled when the joker broke in and saved her and her Espresso machine.

The girl was on her own. She didn't need Joker, she didn't need any man, she was going to take on the world herself and show Gotham just how great she was. Playing with her pajama shirt the girl looked over when her phone started ringing. Picking up the phone, she flipped it open and placed it to her ear. "Hiya, Harley here. Who's callin?" Her voice was the same high pitched tone that most people found annoying.
"Hey Harles, it's Markus."
The girl giggled and smiled widely.
"Hiya Markus, what's ya callin for?"
Slipping off the sofa, she walked to the kitchen and pulled out a glass of Kool-aid.
"Well Harley, I was planning on something fun tonight, but I could really use your help."
The blonde pulled a silly straw from her silverware drawer and placed it in the glass.
"What's in it for me?" The girl asked. She was interested and she did miss running around in her costume a lot. The man spoke up and Harley listened.
"What’s in it for you sweetheart, is as many jewels as you can carry."
Sipping from the straw, Harley thought about it and nodded.
"Okay! Where are we meeting?!" After the man told the girl where to go, Harley hung up on the man. the girl back flipped over the sofa and ran to her room.

Later that night everything was going to plan, Markus was cracking the safes while Harley was watching for the cops. Placing a piece of gum in her mouth, Harley began to blow bubbles, walking to where the man was the jester bent down to him.
"Are we done yet?" the jester's voice rang in the man's ear.
"I almost got the code." The man said and a short time later he opened the locked box and smiled.
Not moments later the cops were surrounding the building.
"Oh no! We better split before B-man finds us." The woman said, grabbing some jewels and leaving the scene.
