THE BAT FAMILY
Batgirl- Cassandra Cain is my favorite of the Batgirls. Bruce's adopted daughter is, in many ways, the one I connect to most and would love to see in action in the New Earth.
Robin- Tim Drake is, to me anyway, the definitive Robin. He is not Dick Grayson or Jason Todd in the sense that he is the best detective of the Bat Family, one day perhaps surpassing even Batman himself. Level headed and reasonable he is a true partner in crime fighting, a person that Batman can trust. He wants to be the best detective and doesn't see it as a game or something for thrills.
Alfred- Bruce's father figure and ever present helper. Even if Alfred were not to be from the same dimension as this Batman, he'd still be a valuable part of keeping Bruce human, to stop him from sinking too far into the Bat.
Jim Gordon- a friend and lawman, someone on the inside of law enforcement. How he would fit into the New Earth I don't know for sure, but still it is another connection Batman needs.
VILLAINS
Scarecrow- one of my personal favorites, Crane's obsession with fear and tendency to cause chaos both externally and internal for the Batman makes him a force to be reckoned with. My personal wish is for the Arkhamverse version, but I'd be happy to have a session with any Doctor Crane.
Hush- a former friend turned top notch villain, Doctor Elliot and his mind games would be most welcome.
Deathstroke- Slade Wilson would add not only to Batman's enemies list but also to Nightwing and any Titans we may get. Besides that he could run into Deadpool here which I find intriguing.
Amanda Waller- She may not be a villain in the strictest sense but this sometimes ally, often adversary would be perfect for New Earth. Being a regular human she'd be trusted and considering she knows at least some version of the DC metahumans coming through, she'd be a valuable asset to the government and the world over all.
Black Mask- a vicious gang lord who has pushed Bats to the limit before, he'd fit right into the Chicago criminal underworld.
Mr. Freeze- to have the icy hearted villain separated from his beloved Nora not only by ice and sickness but by dimensions would drive Victor to new heights of villainy.
Bane- not that weird, can hardly understand him version from The Dark Knight Rises, but Bane from the comics/cartoons/games is a complete badass. He broke the Bat and no one else can claim that.
Ra's Al Ghul- wanting to purify the world by killing most the population is always a bad thing. Wanting the Detective to stand at your side and be your successor? REALLY BAD THING.
