(( Please keep in mind that this takes place during the Television Shows or Films, since I haven't read the comics. ))
Real Name: Dick Grayson
Alias: Nightwing
Identity: Secret

Physical Appearance: He's 5'10 Tall, his weight is 175lbs. (79kg), he has long black hair, a well built bod with six pack abs, now for the eyes, his eyes are black, similar to dots, the civilian clothes he wears is Sunglasses to cover his eyes, a light blue shirt, with a brown jacket and a pair of Khaki pants and shoes, while in his black suit, he has a light blue bird in the middle of his chest and a black mask.
Personality: He's very friendly with his teammates, but can be serious in a fight, sometimes he's blinded with anger as seen when he was going after Tony Zucco or taking out most of Slade's robotic Minions, but he's pretty good at figuring out some things as when he told Terra that he knew that she had trouble controlling her powers. But there is a downside to that as he didn't know it was suppose to be a secret.

Abilities: Genius Intellect: Nightwing has acquired this ability from Batman and will use it when the opportunity rises, he's been known to use this ability when he gets the chance, he's also been shown to be able to hack into computers, pretty well, with no problem. when he gets the chance and will wiretap calls or track the villains to their hideout
Martial Arts & Hand to Hand Combat: Nightwing learned Martial Arts from Bruce Wayne when he became his ward to fight off The Joker, Penguin, and the other villains, but as he was on his own and with the Titans, he was searching for the master to hone his Martial Arts skills, he was able to defeat Katarou with the moves he learned from fighting the Bear, Snake and Monkey.
Exceptional Leadership Skill: As the used to be leader of the Teen Titans, Nightwing was an exceptional leader, wherever he went, his teammates would follow, he knows how the villains weaknesses and will tell his team to attack if he need be.
Weapons/Equipment: A Metal Bo Staff, two electric Batons (He uses them in the Arkham Series, and I have no idea what to call them.), Smoke Pellets, etc.
History: As a kid, he along with with his parents, were trained Acrobats for the Circus, however when he was about to head out to the show to do a Trapeze act, he overheard Tony Zucco's men speaking to the ringleader of the Circus, he dismissed this and went ahead with the act after hearing that the Ringleader had declined Tony's offer, but as soon as it was time to do the act, his parents were killed after the Trapeze snapped in two, causing his parents to fall toward their death, sadden and heartbroken about their death, he was taken in by Bruce Wayne to live with.
As Dick Grayson started getting older, he accompanied Batman on his missions, he learned Martial Arts and everything that his adoptive father taught him, pretty soon they were joined by Barbara Gordon (Jim Gordon's daughter.) to which Robin was smitten by, but over the years, Robin started detesting Batman feeling that he was getting what he wanted, having enough of Batman putting him and Barbara in danger, he left Gotham City.
He found himself in Jump City working alone, taking out it's criminals, despite BeastBoy's pleas, he wanted to work alone, that was till he met Starfire, a Tamarian who was from Tamaran, he decided to help her, but first he had to get those shackles off of her, once he did, she kissed him, after defeating the aliens that tracked her to Earth, she told Robin that she can learn a different language through lip contact.
The Titans had so many adventures, taking down Slade, The Hive, Brother Blood and any villain that wanted to cause Havoc, but Robin decided to go into a new alter ego, Nightwing, then on, Dick and Starfire had a kid of their own, Nightstar. Sadly, as the crimes in Bludhaven kept raising, it was time to say goodbye to Starfire and Nightstar, as Nightwing had a job to do to protect Bludhaven.
Over the years in Bludhaven, he noticed strange activities coming from Bludhaven as he decided to go and investigate, taking the route he usually goes, but unbeknownst to him, he got swallowed into the vortex and came up near Jacksonville, wondering where he was and how he was going to get back to his own town.
Weaknesses: He can be weak to anything, gunshots, getting blown up, etc (He's not Superman.
), For the flaw, I have to say there's two, in the episode Titans GO! He is shown to have the same stubbornness that Batman shown, but can also have his anger get out f control as I've said in the Personality thread. For his fear, I'd say he's afraid of losing his friends, the same way he lost his parents
