Where there's smoke...

A member of the government taskforce P.H.O.B.I.A, it's Kinsey's job to track down and capture dangerous Neos that other branches are unable to handle. Unlike the other members of the team however, his relaxed attitude and carefree approach to extreme circumstances mean that more often than not he's only entrusted with the jobs the group cares least about; or have the most potential to lead to the death of their agents.

If Hellhound and Malefic are hammers, Kinsey is a scalpel. If they are wolves, he's a cockroach.

Friends

Kinsey's only true friends are the three other members of the four-man cell he was a part of before his 'death'.

While he is as much a part of the team as the other members of P.H.O.B.I.A, his personality has caused a rift between them. They are strained colleagues at best.

Enemies

Kinsey's complicated past and current profession ensures that there is no shortage of people that would consider him an enemy. Any neo who doesn't wish to be caught should add him to their list of people to avoid, as even though he harbours no hate or ill-will for such people, he is very much a consummate professional.

Interested In Doing...

An alternative to the other more heavy-hitting governmental members, Kinsey could be useful to play with Neo's that need a gentler or less scary touch to their being brought in. Alternatively, for characters it would be too dangerous for the others to bring in (for example, those who manipulate metal and could cause havoc with their suits) Kinsey could be a more interesting antagonist.

As always, I'm also perfectly happy to do more casual threads such as those that explore the daily life of a P.H.O.B.I.A operative if people think he would make an interesting personality to play off their character~
