Physical Appearance: Sam stands at 5 foot 5 inches, with golden blonde hair past her shoulders in length and a fair complexion. Clothing ranges from T-Shirts and tank tops with graphics, and denim jackets or flannel shirts that are a size too big. Sam prefers jeans with varying styles of the torn look. She shys from the typical skin tight denim to go with a fit that allows more mobility. She wears boots and shoes that protect her feet and keep her comfortable.   When out as the Sin Eater, she wears a tactical mask with her hair tied back. Also present is a tactical vest for her various knives and other instruments of combat. Layered on top of it all is a black leather bikers jacket. 



Personality: For the most part, she is the typical teenage girl. She likes her shows and bands and all of that. She's a smart-ass that rarely misses the chance to say something when an opening presents itself. It's just the typical defense mechanism of using humor to mask or avoid real emotions. She's not incapable of opening her heart, but it's so much easier to make a joke and move on. When it comes down to business, Sam can be just as serious as anyone else. Due to her upbringing and the many incidents around the world, Sam is antagonistic against Neos and Vagrants. Her hate for them will mostly net a glare or a comment in most cases. The costume is just an outfit to conceal her true identity, and a way to put the word out that the Neos and Vagrants have a threat out there that answers their own damage to the world. As "Sin Eater" Sam is in business mode and prefers the method of doing the job as quick as possible, and moving on. 



Powers: Cellular Regeneration. Heals quickly from almost all forms of non lethal damage. Healing factor is suspended if there is an obstruction left in the wound (knife left in etc ). Removal of head or lethal damage to the heart is fatal. Excessive damage takes longer than usual to heal if she has survived.



Abilities: Intermediate hand to hand combat training. Sharpshooter level marksmanship, gunsmithing, athletic conditioning, survivalist.



Weapons/Equipment: SX4 Cantilever Buck, Winchester XPC long range rig, P99x2, Smoke/frag/flashbang grenades. Tactical protective vest. Black tactical mask. Short sword, MC-RB1 Hunting Knife, UDAP Bear Spray, set of four smaller knives that hide 1 in the vest 1 in the belt 1 in each boot.



History: Samantha Calloway was brought into a nice middle class family. Parents Mark and Michelle Calloway provided a comfortable life by way of their business of Bail Bonds. Even at her youngest, Sam always showed a mix of interests from the more girly side and the boyish side. She started to become fascinated with the training her parents did, and would mimic their moves.  When trying their best to talk her out of it didn't work, Mark gave in and properly trained Sam. If she was going to do it anyway, her parents would rather her  be guided by their own experience than to go out on her own. 

The training she received made it just a little worse when she got into fights in Junior High. Her average skill was far beyond the typical snotty girl she would get mocked by. Needless to say, potential bullies didn't last long with Samantha. Word of Neos and Vagrants had started to show up in the news and other media. It was a hot button issue that caused many arguments. They were supposed to be just a myth, but they were starting to pop up. The Bonds agency even had to deal with a couple criminals with powers. Her direct dealings with them wasn't so great, and being a Daddy's girl, she shared his bad opinions on the powered people. 

During High School Sam was allowed to go out on a few bounty missions. She was even able to capture a couple of the runners all by herself. They weren't expecting one of the most difficult bounties when it came up. It started off normal enough with the family searching a home for the Bail Jumper. It was a pretty large home which made the family split up to search the rooms. Sam made her way to her section and turned her flashlight into the corner. The criminal rushed her, seeing an easy target. Her radio was knocked out of her hand before she could hit the button. Sam wasn't as easy of a target, despite her smaller size. She did take a few hits, but  the man left an openinig. Fearing for her life, and not knowing how long it would take her parents to arrive made Sam have to make a gut reaction. The P99 rang out as it pierced through the attacker. The man was shocked, and fell back. Sams own eyes went wide as it started to hit that she actually shot someone. Her parents arrived a heartbeat later. 

Mark and Michelle supported their daughter in recovery for the traumatic event. Thanks to them, she was able to begin to recover in a positive way. One night fate decided to play another little trick. The family was spending some quality time together in the TV room, watching their favorite Zombie franchise when the news broke into the broadcast. There was a man in a weird outfit, floating in front of the White House. He had a message that sent chills down her spine. Her eyes were glued to the image as the man threatened and proceeded to cause mass damage to the building. Sam already held Neos in a sour light, but this man pushed her further. Her wide and shocked eyes slowly turned dark and cold. She was glaring at the television. Her parents wouldn't comment on her reaction, as they were both upset. Her Father was cursing about the damned Neos and her Mother was no different. 

The anger and fear didn't leave her over the following week. People talking about it at school only served to deepen her feelings about what had happened. Monsters like that shouldn't be allowed to just exist out there unchecked. Maybe some of these things needed to be taken off the board before they even become that kind of a threat in the first place. That night, Sam pretended to go to bed and instead grabbed her large backpack and started packing up. Being a crafty girl, she knew how to access the safe. She geared up, making sure to get everything she needed. She had heard of a Vigilante that had since gone inactive... but she liked the concept. The Neos out there that would do harm in any capacity would once again face their Sin.



Weaknesses:

While she is trained to fight, she's still only as strong as an athletic 17 year old girl. She won't be overpowering many people.

Her regenerative powers are new, so she doesn't know it's uses or limits. (as of the start of her Journey, the powers haven't activated yet. The idea is for her to discover it when she gets hurt icly )

A fear and or hate of Neos and Vagrants. This can lead to rushed decisions and starting arguments or fights about her views on the subject.

Hides behind a wall of sarcasm and jokes to keep her emotions hidden and safe.
