Physical Appearance:
Jacklyn has long blond hair that falls past her shoulders. Her eyes are a light blue that sparkle happily. She stands about 5 foot 5 inches and weighs about 120 pounds. She normally wears bright colors to help her seem like a warm person. She also likes to dress in a calm-like fashion so that she's not too noticeable.

Frost Flower's Costume: Her costume or full 'power-up' is very much different from her regular attire. Her hair goes from the sunny blond to the pure white, her eyes turn to a light ice color and her skin gets a bit whiter. Her uniform is made from a fabric that does will in cold temperatures. She has a blue headband that helps keep her hair back from her eyes. She has light silvery-gray pants with a light blue jacket with white shoulder pads. Jackie has dark blue gloves and matching boots. She also has a belt that holds a variety of items.





Personality: Jackie has a very odd personality, not because she's weird but because as herself she is happier and a bit outgoing. She loves being around people and being a goof ball. She also loves to see the good in everyone and loves to try to help them see it themselves. Though she does know that people do have darkness in them. While she doesn't like to see it she is more than willing to fight for those who have a good heart. Thus brings us to the other personality of Frost Flower. Don't get me wrong she is one personality but when she's in full power mode she becomes very distant from people and wants to protect them from not only bad guys but from herself as well. She is also more focused in this state and is less likely to crack a joke or be funny.

Jackie is also very shy around new people. She often speaks little when they are around and hides behind things when she's overly nervous.


Powers:

Cryokinesis: Jackie has the ability to freeze water and moisture in the air and give it shapes in the form of ice through manipulating and directing a field of intense cold her body emits. This gives her a wide range of abilities including:

Cold Resistance: Jackie becomes far more resistant to cold when she is using her powers, also dropping her own body temperature and making her slightly more resistant to physical trauma as a side effect.

Flight: By creating blasts of intense wind similar to a cold front, around her body, Jackie is able to levitate and propel herself through the air in a manner resembling flight.

Ice Weapons: Jackie can form frozen water and moisture into icicles or other conventional shapes and use them as weapons provided she has enough available.

When she no longer is manipulating the ice she is using, it quickly dissolves back into its original state of water and moisture.


Abilities:
Combat: While she is still learning this one she has mastered combat with her ice abilities.

Gymnastics: Growing up Jackie had a thing for Gymnastics, she is still in the club at her local high school

Multilingual: She can speak English and German. Mostly because she was born in Germany.




Weapons/Equipment: (Do they use any gadgets or other equipment?)

Water Bottles: Jackie has water bottles in her suit to keep her hydrated and to keep moister around her.

Uniform: Her uniform was made to stand her freezing temperatures without becoming fragile.

Utility Belt The girl's utility belt holds a few items. Among them is the water battles. Though she does have a spot for a communication device to keep in contact with the others. She has also been known to carry around a few snacks in her belt. These are in case she or someone else needs a snack while on a mission. She also has a secure spot for her money and other needed things that Jackie would need once she changes from her suit.


History: Jackie was born to Natasha and James Winters. Her name came from the spirit of Jack Frost, mostly because the girl was born in the winter. Little did her parents know that the girl was born very special. She was born with a special DNA particle that would save her in the future. The blonde-haired, blue-eyed baby grew up to be happy and healthy. She loved her parents deeply and always did things that she was told to. The girl did have a liking for the American heroes, and would often keep up with their works. As she grew into her Higher elementary years (8 years old), her family took a trip for Jackie's birthday. However, they didn't watch the weather.

On their way up to the cabin house for the girl's birthday, a huge snowstorm hit and the family was trapped in their car. They huddled up as good as they could and tried to stay warm. After a while, James decided to go for help. He left the car but never returned. Jackie didn't understand what was going on. It was so cold. She could feel the cold running through her body, her fingers and toes were cold, she couldn't feel them anymore. Her mother was chilled to the bone. A couple of days later, they were found by the local search and rescue. The girl was ice cold but she was still alive, curled up next to her mother. However, she was the only one to survive. She was taken to the hospital and treated. She was perfectly fine, though when they found her body, she was in more of a crystallized mode. After a while of being in the hospital, her hair, eyes, skin, and body temperature went back to a somewhat normal color. Her temperature was still a bit low but the doctors just kept trying to get her to warm up.

After some time, she was released to the local foster system. The young girl spent most of her day's between new homes and school. She wouldn't talk much to others and wouldn't really tell them about her family. All they knew about her was her name and her parents' names. Police and social workers kept looking into the girl's past, but they were unable to find record of relatives of any sort. They gave up looking and the girl just kept her head down. Thought the next 8 years, the girl would bounce between homes. She also was very good at keeping her ever growing powers a secret. During this time, her powers would start to activate but she would do a whole 'conceal don't feel' sort of thing (yes, made a frozen pun). No one really noticed that about the girl. Shortly after her 16th birthday, Jackie was sent to America and placed into a home, where the parents were looking to adopt a teenager and give them a better life. It has been a week since the girl moved to the big city of Chicago. Since moving in she has become one of the schools best Ballay danceers and someone who is really good with ice skating and performances.




Weaknesses:
Hurting Others: Jackie has a fear of hurting others, she knows ice can be deadly, after all, she knows about Killer Frost and the other ice villains and how they use their powers, so it scares her to be close to others when she is in "full swing" of her powers.

Dry Areas: This affects her for two reasons. One; it makes it so she can't create ice, and it also helps dehydrate her so she feels weaker.

Dehydrate: Unlike others the girl is at more of a risk of getting dehydrated. This is the reason she keeps water on hand. Generating ice can leave her dehydrated in more hot areas.

Fire: Fire can melt ice and is hard to fight against.

Sound: Some sounds can break her ice, and even break the protective layer on her skin.
