Liliya is Russian, her English is poor. As an albino, she sticks out even more. Her psychic gifts are many and strange and rarely predictable. She is excellent for exploring the insightful side of a character, delving into their deepest, most locked-up secrets and doubts. She is friendly to everyone, hero or villain, compassionate to all. She has unexpected wisdom and her strengths lie in solving mysteries with mysterious ways.

Her family is safely removed from the modern world in their very remote colony in Siberia.
Interested In Doing....
Helping fight inner demons and find the wayward or lost -- even if they don't know they are lost. She's excellent for surveillance due to her ability to control animals; she can read objects, allowing her to give you a full history on a murder weapon; she can pluck information right out of the air, but if it's helpful or not isn't assured....; she's a living lie detector as well.
Liliya sees many things most are unaware of. She is also a powerful medium, able to summon or banish ghosts. She's eerily accurate with Tarot cards as well.
At the end of the day, Liliya merely wants to help whoever might cross her path.
