Physical Appearance: Lian is almost the spitting image of her mother, sharing the dark black hair that falls past her shoulders that her father normally puts back into a ponytail for her. Lian also has beautiful hazel-green eyes that show just how happy the young girl really is. She stands at 4'3" and weighs 62 pounds, most of which is muscle as she is training to be stronger. Lian is a lot tougher than she looks.



The young girl is very big into wearing costumes; her favourites being her Green Arrow costume and the one based on her father's costume when he was Speedy. She also enjoys wearing overalls and t-shirts.



Personality: Lian is exactly how you would picture her to be after finding out who her family is; very sweet and loves to help out in any way she can. Seeing that her mother and father are both very active fighters, you can bet from a young age that Lian found fighting to be fun.



At a young age, she picked up her father's unloaded guns and loved playing with them. It was a great bonding time for the two, and they really enjoyed each other. Lian has an unstoppable love for her father that far surpasses any other relationship she has. Lian sees her father as the best and that no one can beat him. She also holds her grandfather, Oliver Queen, up to those same standards, seeing as he taught her father everything. Lian also loves her mother a lot, though she doesn't want her to be a bad guy.



Lian enjoys hanging out with all of the heroes, from Young Justice to the Titans all the way to the Justice League, seeing them as her family, referring to them as aunts and uncles.



Lian would do anything to keep her friends and family safe, even if it means that she has to put herself in harms way in order to protect her people. She is also very into her training. She loves working with Team Arrow and the others, though she also enjoys playing games and just spending time with everyone.



While it does seem that Lian can be a good girl most of the time, she is still eight years old. This means that she has emotional mood swings at times when she doesn't get her way. She can also be a handful when she's decided to do something.



Powers: None



Abilities: All of Lian's abilities are a work in progress.



Archery: Oliver Queen and Team Arrow are teaching the young girl how to Shoot arrows.



Hand-to-Hand Combat: Team Arrow and the young justice team are teaching her how to fight.



Gun Work: Roy is teaching her how to be an accurate shot with guns, however when she plays with them they are unloaded.



Blade Work: Lian likes watching her mom work with her Sai. So she tries to do what her mother does but with butter knives.



Acrobatics: She is in a Gymnastics class and she has a huge amount of Young Justice members who are helping her out with it.



Weapons/Equipment:



Toy Bow and Arrows: When the girl is not training she is allowed to have a play bow and suction cup arrows.



Bow and Arrow: As long as she is training the girl is given a small bow and arrows to help her train.



Guns: While most of the time they are unloaded, she has done some practice with her father.



Dress Up Mistress: Lian has a costume for mostly everything. She has a Green Arrow, Speedy (her father's old costume type) and a few other types of costumes she likes to wear when she is with the teams.



History: Lian was born to Red Arrow and Cheshire. For the first year of Lian's life, Roy Harper had no idea he had a daughter. It wasn't until her parents were reunited for a time that Roy and Lian finally met. It was an instant bond the two had. Roy took full custody of Lian and raised her. The two did pretty much everything together, from cleaning guns to playing tea parties.



Lian spent many hours with her grandmother, Paula Crock, who taught her to speak French and even helped her with her hand-to-hand combat. While she didn’t spend much time with her mommy, Lian knew for a fact that her mother loved her. Every chance she got to spend with Jade, Lian didn’t take it lightly and spent as much time as she could with her mother. It was during this time period that Lian's caretakers (Roy, Oliver, Dinah and Paula) started teaching her how to shoot a bow and arrow, as well as basic weapons. While she is still working on training with them, she's not half bad, even having a play bow and arrow that she carries everywhere with her. She has also had a few nannies (including Rose Wilson), and a good amount of the hero community has babysat Lian at one point or another, allowing a bond to form between them.



Sometime later, they ran into Vandal Savage, who learned that Roy and Lian were his descendants. The man decided that they would be good for organs to prolong his life even more. Roy saved Lian from this, Roy’s job would put Lian in danger a couple more times. She was also kidnapped when her father left the Outsiders. They were able to save her and the other children who had been kidnapped as well.



Recently, the Justice League has re-formed and Roy has joined the team as Red Arrow. Lian is currently working very hard to become a member of Team Arrow, and loves spending time with them and everyone in the hero community. Roy isn't keen on his daughter becoming a part of this world, but Lian has been very persistent.



Weaknesses:



Human: Lian is only human and she can die and get sick.



Child: Lian is just a kiddo, she can't really do much that the older kids do but that doesn't stop her from trying and that causes her to get hurt sometimes.



Perception of her Family: While she knows half of her family is bad she still loves them with all her heart and refuses to see that they are so horrible that they need to be separated from her.



Roy Harper: Her biggest fear is that her father won't return from a mission. While she believes in him and believes he is the best out there she still fears for his life. So she trains really hard so she can one day go with him.

RP Sample: Today was going to be a mix between a really sad day and a really fun day. Today, Lian was going to Mount Justice where she would spend the weekend. Her father was going out on a mission and this weekend the members of the Young Justice team were placed in charge of keeping the young girl safe. Lian really did enjoy spending time with her father's friends. They were all sorts of unique and the small lady really enjoyed hanging around with them. The young girl was dressed in her Speedy costume, her yellow hat complimenting her black hair and mask covering her cheek bones. As she made her way through the portal with her father, she squealed as they entered the secret base.



"Uncle Robin! Auntie Cassie!" the young girl called out as she ran away from her father looking for the members of the team. She really couldn't wait to play and train with them. However, it hit the girl as soon as she ran into the Daughter of Zeus.



"Auntie Cassie! Daddy has to go on a mission," Lian spoke quietly as the blonde picked her up and walked back to the young girl's father. "Daddy you'll come back, right? I don't want to send the calvary after you!" The girl giggled. She did mean it. If he wasn't back in a few days she would go after him herself.
